2 PAL Requirements

A Provincial Attestation Letter is required to apply for Study Permit

3 Financial Requirement Increased 

Financial requirements or GIC increased from $10k to $20,635 

4 PGWP Restrictions

Public-Private Partnership college programs are not eligible for PGWP

5 Spousal Work Permit Restricted

Undergraduate and college diploma programs are excluded from spousal open work permit 

6 Off-campus work hour increased

Off-campus work hours increased from 20 to 24 hours per week.

7 Stricter rules for changing schools

New study permit will be required to change the DLI
