Resume writing

Your resume must satisfy three audiences simultaneously: an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) that scores it for keywords before any human reads it; a recruiter who spends fewer than eight seconds on an initial scan; and a hiring manager who reads it carefully to decide whether you are worth interviewing. Most resumes fail at least one of these three tests โ€” and one failure is enough to end your candidacy. In this single-module course, you will build your resume from the ground up โ€” section by section, across seven structured activities โ€” so that by the end of the week, your completed assignment IS your resume: a submission-ready, ATS-optimized, professionally written career document targeted to the job you identified and going to apply.
